Today I passed my latest Google Educator test, the "Trainer Skills Assessment". I have now passed all the Google Educator exams and am working toward earning my "Google Certified Trainer" badge. In order to do this, I need to complete 5 trainings and submit a 3-minute video of a training. Since school is out, and I'm not about to wait for a school to ask me to train their staff, I'm going to start with Live YouTube trainings next week focusing on Google tools to enhance your teaching practice.
What would you like to learn more about? I'd be happy to create a training around your interest and how technology can assist you in your professional goals.
I figure Google Classroom is a good place to start, so Monday morning I'll start my first virtual training on Getting started with Google Classroom as I'm sure everyone will need a refresher when the next school year gets started. We'll dive into organizing your classes, settings to keep in mind, and other important things to remember when starting a class.
I'll update this blog with a link to the live training in the next 48 hours. Be sure to subscribe to get blog updates.
